Yahshua Reveals The Signs

This week for Sabbath, Pastor Mark D. Vlad goes through Matthew 24:4-15 in which we hear Yahshua speak about the signs of His returning.

The first thing that we see is that Yahshua tells us not to be deceived. The only way that we can keep from being deceived is by knowing what Yahshua says. We need to make sure we are staying in the word and studying so that we know that what people are saying is true.

When we look at the world today, we see many of the things that are described in this chapter, things like wars, famines, pestilences and earthquakes. There will be persecution of believers, betrayal and hatred. We will see many false prophets and lawlessness will abound.

It is important that we stand strong on the word of Yahweh. These trials will test the fabric of people's faith and convictions. There will be a great falling away, but those who are left will be genuine, authentic believers who are waiting for Yahshua.

We need to make sure that in these times we do not let our love grow cold. Even when it seems that the world is falling apart, and we see evil abound, we are still called to love those around us. Without love we are nothing, and without love how will we spread the message of Yahshua. Stand strong and endure, knowing that your salvation is secure in Yahshua.
